    Try unpasteurized honey. Also vitamin C. Rinse your nose with saline. I would not take medicines while pregnant. You would never forgive yourself if you caused harm to your baby. If nothing else, just learn to live with it for a few months. Talk to your doctor about it.

    i was told not to take any over the counter, but there were things the gp could prescribe.

    Uggghhh! I had this too.
    Some things you can do are;
    Eat locally raised honey (the bees use the same pollen and your body will develop a resistance)
    Get a saline nasal spray
    If you’re adventerous try a neti pot (google it!)
    Boost your vitamin C intake
    Talk to a doctor if its unbearable, there are remedies that are safe for pregnant and nursing moms.
    Good luck!

    Try drinking and testing different types of fruit and vegetable juices and see if any of those help to prevent or minimize your symptoms.
    Carrot juice and pineapple you might try those to start. Even a combination like a V8 may perk u up and give you some great energy as well. Flush your system with plenty of water and get lots of good rest. :) Happy pregnancy!
