I might get a nose piercing one of these days, but I was wondering if my allergies (nothing major, just to pollen and dust, worst in summer but i DO have pills for it that help) would affect the healing process badly? I sneeze about as much as a person with a mild cold without the pills and barely at all with them.

Nah, sneezing doesn’t affect the healing process adversely. You’ll find that the jewelry sort of hits the interior wall of your nostril when you blow your nose which can be annoying, but once the piercing is healed, you can easily take out a nostril screw and have a good blow, then reinsert the jewelry.
Nostril piercings heal pretty quickly and cleanly, if you use the proper aftercare.

It would probably be ok, considering its only mild. But before you get it done maybe mention this to the piercer and ask their opinion?
