Rhinitis Treatment Care

normally i would know the difference but this cold/hay-fever is different, instead of my normal colds which is just a blocked nose, headache or my usual hay-fever symptoms – sneezing blocked nose, i have sore through blocked nose, sneezing like crazy and my eyes are watering, i used nose drops, like i always do but now instead of my nose being fine it’s running like crazy-like water and it’s like every second while typing this i have to keep stopping to wipe my nose i don’t have to blow or anything and it’s making me feel almost sick and my brother came home with it as-well, my dad says it’s hay-fever but he says everything is hay-fever so is it hay-fever or a cold i would really like to know
and any idea on how to stop my nose running would be great
