Does Anyone Else Get A Headache After Taking Loratadine (hay Fever) Tablets?

I’ve just checked MIMS and headache is listed as a side effect.

Not personally, but they are a common side effect of these tablets. And if you’ve got hay fever, then you’re probably feeling a bit rubbish anyway, possibly slightly dehydrated etc, so a headache is even more likely then.

so take some aspirin for the headache
then some antacid for the upset tummy
get the really cheap generic ones from the supermarket about 69p where you live
all of the benefits of the antihistamines, without the side effects

Never. But that doesn’t mean anything, as reactions to drugs are individual.
