What Are Some Natural Remedies For Hay Fever?
Posted by: Alan in Hay Fever, tags: Fever, Natural, Remedies, Some, What
I’m tired of taking prescription drugs as i’ve reacted badly to some and don’t always trust the long worded methodyloctix goodness knows what stuff they put in it lol.
So am trying to seek out natural ingredients like increased vitamin C from fruit or stuff.
So was hoping if anyone has natural things that work for them to combat the typical symptoms of hay fever? (runny nose, itchy eyes, throat etc). Much appreciated.
P.s. I’ve tried to eliminate certain foods from my diet which im slightly sensitive to. Any help wil be greatly appreciated!

I’ve heard stinging nettle or bayberry helps hay fever. Allergy desensitization shots are natural. They are a tiny extract of the pollen to which you are allergic. Over several years they slowly build up the dosage until it is as strong as what you naturally encounter.

Have you tried local honey? I know several people who say it helps to eat local honey because it’s made from the flowers which contain the pollen you’re allergic to. However, apparently there is also the risk of a worse allergic reaction in a few cases, so be aware of this and read both links.

You can take a strong camomile tea which is an anti-inflammatory and organic apple cider vinegar with mother.
Thanks
