I don’t think it’s hayfever but sometimes in the summer when I wake up something makes my nose and eyes run and I keep sneezing but it’s only usually in the morning. Although on Sunday it lasted pretty much all day. I don’t know what it is or maybe it is a form of hayfever. It drives me mad though!

I did read that if you eat honey that is produced locally to where you live it produces some protection against the local pollen so lessing the severity of the hayfever attack.
