I Think I Am Allergic To Something Help?

i have recently ogt new glasses and after about 5 weeks of wearing them my eyes started to go red and swollen. Could any body tell me if im allergic to something and if so what? And i dont have hay fever.

You can develop hayfever at any point in your life – just because you’ve never had it before doesn’t mean you haven’t got it this year. Would be about the right time for tree pollen too.
If it’s your eyeballs that are swollen and red, rather than some part of your skin being touched by the glasses, then it must be something in the air that’s the problem. Are you using any particular lens cleaner that might be giving out vapours? Are you perhaps blinking less or spending more time in front of a computer screen, in which case your eyes might be drying out slightly. Have you recently changed office to one with air-conditioning or one that is not as clean? Drier air or dustier air might be a problem. Have you recently moved to a city with poor air quality as this can also cause eye problems. If it’s a really big issue go to the doctor. Hx

i wouldn’t say u r allergic to it 5 weeks in my opinion is a bit too long b4 getting an allergic reaction. If it was a matter of days or a week then i would say it was an allergic reaction
