Rhinitis Treatment Care

Hi again I have hay fever exactly from spring on to end of summer mostly with the flower make me sneezing and watery eye and very itchy eye please some help .

sipping honey is good, heat it up if you like, not too hot though, just warm, too hot will burn.

We tried Clarantyne and Zertec with nil effect . Any one know any health medicines or any suggestions?

taking clarintin but it has no effect
hay fever is getting worse almost feels like a chest infection is developing now

Do Farmers have any guidelines or any restrictions about what they can plant year on year and how the pollen will affect local people who are susceptible ?
If not why not ?
