Rhinitis Treatment Care

Have anyone having problem of dizziness and vertigo from suffering of Rhinitis or any type of alergy? My ENT said that to me .

I have allergy problems in Utah and also when i drove through Oregon and Washington on the I-5, but when i’m in southern and mid California my allergies to pollen never act up (even in the summer). Is it something to do with the ocean breeze or something? Where are good places to live when you have hay fever?
