I got a slight headache after drinking some coffee. I also work in a high-stress job and have hay-fever allergies in the spring, summer, and fall. I did not have coffee one day during the week and did not have a headache at all. Is it allergies/sinus or just stress? (It does not happen to me in the winter)

Can’t believe that Dr Frank is so desperate for his 2 points that he feels the need to make disparaging comments to questions that clearly aren’t applicable to his area of knowledge! Try Homoeopathy for your Hay Fever. My phone starts ringing earlier each year as people are so fed up with the side effects of conventional medicine & all are impressed with the results from using homoeopathic remedies. Within about 3 years, the vast majority find that they no longer need to use anything as the Hay Fever has gone – so stick that in your pipe Dr Frank. There is no one remedy that I could suggest for your symptoms as you will find that your particular symptoms are quite individual to you – so you need an individual remedy. Please consult the Society of Homeopaths who will point you in the direction of a local practitioner. You will be pleased with the results.

I have bad hay fever, I’ve heard you can feed them on readigrass and pellets instead, is this alright? What else can you feed them on?

Local honey. It’s something to do with the pollen that makes it better. I find having it from about January once or twice a week on toast/cereal really helps.
