I read this is actually very common during pregnancy

has any of you ladies experienced nasal itching during early pregnancy?
My nasal pathway is runny and so itchy…i know this is kinda gross but I wish I could dig up there scratch it if I could reach it.

Is it safe to take Loratadine or ceterizine while am pregnant?

i heard or something called pregnancy rhinitis. but im not only congested, my ear is blocked and from my ear being blocked i have the worst sinus pressure headache. does pregnancy rhinitis give you ear blockage?

I am 20 weeks pregnant and about two weeks ago my nose became very stuffy. I have heard of something call rhinitis of pregnancy and was wondering if there was anything I could do to relieve the symptoms. I have tried a vaporizer, breathe right strips, saline solution, sudafed (with my midwife’s permission), steamy showers/baths, hovering over hot water in a bowl. I can’t sleep in my own bed anymore. I can only get some relief sleeping in a recliner. Help!

im all snuffed up, sniffily and sneezing, and my eyes are watery and itchy, i do suffer hay fever and think thats the problem, anything i can do without having to take dangerious medicines for my baby girl?
