Rhinitis Treatment Care

Every day my eyes itch and water like hell, my nose is all stuffy and drippy, and its just making my life a misery. I was really looking forward to summer, but now I just wish it would end. I have non prescription tablets, and I’m going to see the doctors on Monday, but until then can you guys give me any tips on how to survive like where to find the pollen count or something like that cos I cant take another SECOND of this hayfever hell. Thanks.
