On my flights, during descent I usually get a runny nose, not a blocked and runny nose, but just a constant flow of mucus. And I sniffle a lot; one obnoxious passenger beside me was expressing his displeasure quite blatantly haha.

But back to the topic, I have mild allergic rhinitis, but I am not sure that is the cause of it. Has it got anything to do with the pressure difference, much like blocked ears?

Usually when I think of allergies, I think of a runny nose, itchy eyes/throat and sneezing. I have none of these symptoms. I just have a year round chronic stuffy nose. I tested positive for allergies. Or do you think I have a condition known as vasomotor/non allergic rhinitis causing my year round stuffy nose?

my eyes are stuffed, watery, itchy, and puffy from rubbing them
i also have a runny itchy nose, it started out with alot of sneezing, now the sneezing stopped but my nose is still itchy and watery too
im thinking its a cold, but do your eyes itch like mad if its a cold?, i thought hay fever did that to you,, thanx

ok i my head hurts and i have a runny nose. it just suddenly happened 2 hours ago. is this just a regular cold or something more? is there any simple ways to stop the runny nose beside medicine? is it possible it is hay fever?
