Rhinitis Treatment Care

Since I woke up this morning I have had a pain in my chest – right in the middle (and no where else). It feels like muscle/bone pain – as if someone punched me in the chest. But I have no bruise, no chest infection (ie no coughing, but I have been sneezing but thats probably hay fever related) and I didnt do any strenuous exercise yesterday. Anyone have any ideas?!

The process starts at 3 or 4 AM: Roof of my mouth gets so itchy and irritated that it wakes me up. After 5-10 minutes my nose glands get irritated because of scratching the throat my nose starts watering and gets itchy-Sneezing starts and my eyes start watering. The torture ends at 7-8 AM. I finish almost a whole pack of tissue every time this happens. I get the attacks at least 3 nights a week. I have seen allergy specialists, my primary care has even made me do an abdominal ultrasound to see if it is because of my stomach since it happens mostly at nights but nothing came out of any tests results.I take Zyertec every night before going to bed (have already tried claritine, Clarinex, Allegra pills as well as Beconase and Rhinacort nose spray). either. Have changed the sheets, pillows and blanket (got rid of anything with feather)-cleaned the bedroom as often as I could….NOTHING worked. We even moved from a neighborhood to another and things are still the same. Any ideas?
