Rhinitis Treatment Care

Hi, I am allergic to so many things.. grass, honey, bees, hay fever, asthma (as a kid), cats, sugar. On a day-to-day basic non of these effect me.. but they can be annoying at times. I was wondering if anyone knew of some interesting studies done on WHY people are allergic (obviously a born thing)..

My daughter has just gotten a bad hay fever cold because of Spring. And now she has really really soft droppings (poos) and she is REALLY worried because she doesn’t want to throw up because she has a HUGE phobia, same with diarrhoea. What do you think is wrong ? Will she vomit?

I hate feeling left out going out with friends and NOT drinking because of my reactions to alcohol.
I get red and bloaty, mini-hives on my face (which disappears within couple hrs) and a small hay fever.
I’ve seen other ‘alcohol allergy’ questions/answers…
But i want to know the PREVENTIONS by eating/drinking something before hand.
(Rumors i’ve heard was by ingesting pepcid ac, pepto bismol, alka setzer.)

Does anyone know of a generic form of Flixoanse Nasal Spray? I have found it very good for treating hay fever in the past. Just wondered if there is a less expensive alternative?

Some plant or something ??
