Rhinitis Treatment Care

For the last year or so my throat makes a whistling sound while breathing. i don’t think i have Asama but not sure if its anything else. could it be because of my hay fever?
ever since i was about 12 now 21 i have had a burning feeling from ma throat upwards and warm water collecting under the toung. anideasas help please.

yes u can whilst i had chest infection i was on amoxicillin and also had to take predsilone (steroid) for my asthma but have to also take antihistamines at same time cos i have allergic reaction to the latter.

I’m currently 16 weeks pregnant and I’m going to see my midwife this afternoon (and therefore I will ask her this question too!) but my hay fever has being playing up this past couple of days and my nose is really sore! I usually suffer much worse than I am so I’m not complaining but my nose hurts so much and I just want it to stop running!
Any tips to stop it running? Anything I can take for hay fever? I know it’s my hay fever because I’ve got itchy eyes too – but they’re not bothering me as much!
